BACKThe Chichaqua Greenbelt Wildlife Area is located between Ames and Des Moines
Take Exit 96 off I35 thru Elkhart, then S14 north - and it curves & goes over a bridge where it becomes F22. A sign on F22 will
lead you into the Chichaqua area. The turns will be well marked for your convenience. The blue arrows mark the route from Ames (where the headquarters motel, the Ames Starlite Village, is located.)
